WORKSHOP: Trauma Sensitive Equine Assisted Mindfulness
Trauma Sensitive Equine Assisted Mindfulness (TS-EAM) combines concepts from mindfulness and meditation practices with equine assisted experiential learning. It is nature-based and movement oriented, and a trauma sensitive and informed way of working.
